August Begining Pickleball

AUGUST BEGINNING PICKLEBALL

What is Pickleball? Pickleball is a paddle sport that was established 50 years ago. It's the fastest-growing sport in the USA. It’s basically ping pong meets tennis on a badminton court. Come find out what this sport is all about and learn the basics.

If you've never played Pickleball before, this clinic is designed for you! Taught by experienced instructors Mary Mills and Harlan Lundstrom.  This clinic will cover the basics of Pickleball rules, terminology, primary skills, coordination, and more.  This sport is a combination of ping-pong, badminton, and tennis yet it is much easier to learn than any of those three. Attendance is an essential component of achieving the ability to enjoy this great sport.

You are welcome to watch pickleball being played most weekday mornings. The courts are just north of the football field and east of the high school.
