Making Finish Squeaky Cheese with Sally

This class been canceled or delayed due to the spread of COVID 19.

In this class, you will learn how to make Finnish Squeaky Cheese (juustoleipa) from milk with Sally walking you through step by step from start to finish. This will be a fun hands-on class and take some home to boot. Finnish Squeaky Cheese is very mild in flavor and is broiled, or grilled to get the distinctive brown charred marks.

About The Instructor

Sally Koski is a retired nurse, a nursing professor who loves all things Finnish. She especially enjoys Finnish cooking and has a wide array of Finnish recipes and cookbooks. She is happy to share her love of Finnish cooking with others.
