With deep respect and love for her polish heritage, Doris Kolgji will instruct this wonderful class on how to make pierogies. Learn how to make these pillowy, chewy, crispy, Polish dumplings at home. You can learn to make Pierogis in this hands-on community education class. In this class, you will not only make pierogis, but you will also get to eat pierogis and take a bunch home! This class is a lot of fun and you get to make and eat pierogies.
