Summer Solstice Meditation Retreat; led by Holly Brodt and Jean Gendreau



In this one-day retreat, there will be a combination of talks, guided meditation, and silent sittings. We will explore Breath Meditations, Body Awareness, Joyful Movement, Meditations with Intention, and Creating Your Own Personal Ritual.—

About The Instructor

Biography

Holly E. Brodt

Holly E. Brodt is a long-time meditation practitioner. She is a retired St. Paul Police Officer, has a Degree in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University, and is a Certified Police Peer Counselor. She has been a member of the Arrowhead Critical Incident Stress Management Team for over 9-years and is the Arrowhead CISM Outreach Education Coordinator.

Holly also created her own programs and company: Resiliency P.O.W.E.R. Education. She offers Stress Management and Resiliency Building education and more to emergency, public safety, and medical personnel, as well as high-stress organizations

Jean Gendreau 

Jean Gendreau has wandered for about 70 years. She writes about spirit, travel, and personal growth and has published essays and children’s stories. (Her personal essays are at www.jeangendreau.com) She’s lived in India and traveled in Wales, Greenland, Bhutan, Brazil, Scotland, Mongolia, Italy, and Ireland. Today she lives in the woods of northern Minnesota, plays fiddle, sings in the choir, bakes biscuits, and adores her grandson.
