Tom Omerza presents this free Home Buyers Class that breaks down everything you need to know about home buying, whether you're a first-timer or a veteran. The challenge of buying a home can be incredibly daunting. This course takes a high-level look at Homebuying.  Join this class and find out important and helpful information on Home Buying.  Attend this class either Thursday, Oct. 5 or Wednesday, Nov. 8.

About The Instructor

Tom has been in the mortgage business for over 18 years serving the Ely area. As a mortgage lender, Tom enjoys being a part of a community bank that serves the community where his kids have grown up. Tom enjoys helping friends, neighbors, and people wanting to make Ely a part of their life finance their home, cabin or land. It’s his top priority and Frandsen Bank & Trust allows Tom to give the customer service borrowers deserve.
Ely is a great place to live.  Tom was born in the old Winton hospital, grew up in a small town, and along with his wife Heidi have raised their four children in Ely, getting to experience great friends and a great local school.  Tom give's back to the community as much as he can. Tom has, and continues to, volunteer for many different parent and non-profit groups, including the Ely Community Health Center (free clinic) and Ely Hoop Club (basketball).  He also serves as an Ely school board member.
