Hold Me Tight: 7 Conversations for a Lifetime of Love

This class has been delayed. In this HMT workshop, marriage and family therapist Carolyn Dehnbostel will lead you and your partner through 8 weeks of an experiential, relationship-strengthening program that will include a multimedia presentation as well as time for partners to engage in connecting conversations together. (As this is a group experience, this class is not intended for highly escalated couples. Please contact the instructor for a couple therapy referral if needed.)

About The Instructor

Carolyn Dehnbostel, MA, LMFT, is the co-founder of the MN Couple Therapy Center with locations in Roseville, Burnsville, and Duluth. She lives in Morse Township with her husband Keith. In her free time, she enjoys canoeing and pickleball.
