This class is offered free by Kelly and Ely Community Education. Attorney Kelly Klun will lead you through key factors to drafting and personalizing wills and trusts, preparing probate documents, creating documents for long-term health care, drafting a durable power of attorney, and preparing health care directives. 

 Past Participants have found this class insightful and beneficial. They gained skills to attain healthier financial well-being.

About The Instructor

Attorney Kelly Klun practices primarily in the areas of real estate, estate planning, business law, and probate. As for estate planning, she works with families and individuals to ensure that their wishes are achieved and that the estate plan, whether it be a will or trust, is properly carried out.  In addition, Kelly routinely prepares health care directives, financial powers of attorney, and beneficiary designations for life insurance and retirement plans for her clients.

Kelly Klun is the Business Program Coordinator at Vermilion College where she teaches a number of courses.  Kelly owns and manages her own local businesses with her husband, including Klun Law and Ely Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. Kelly has a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of St Scholastica, a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell-Hamline School of Law and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
