EHC Summer Dry Land Training 2023

A New Summer Training Opportunity for Hockey Players. The Ely Hockey Club is running a Dry Land, Off-Ice Training program. Learn new skills, work on skills, and increase your fitness. Participants will be breaking up into age-specific groups along with coaches to work on various off-ice workouts. Participant groups will be doing a rotation of fitness (agility, balance, and cardio) and hockey skills. (Stickhandling skills, dribbling of pucks, shooting, passing). Experienced staff and current high school players will provide leadership and guidance in all training. Join this summer training program to improve your overall athletic skills and sharpen your hockey skills. First meet up: May 7th at Whiteside Park. If the weather is bad, meet at the arena.

We will meet up at the Ely Ice Arena on Sunday Afternoons.  We hope to offer families and kids the flexibility to stay active while enjoying their time during summer.  Each participant will receive an EHC journal, T-shirt, Hockey Wrap Around, Stick tape, practice ball, and more.
