Pickleball: a little bit Ping-Pong, a little bit badminton, a lot of momentum.  It's a fun fast-paced sport that allows you to engage in healthy exercise.  If you play pickleball come and join a great group of people and play the fastest growing sport in the USA.  A fun and active sport.  The 2022 Pickleball Summer Season Starts on May 2. The season runs from May till early October.  Mon-Friday from 8:00-12:00  Ely School Pickleball Courts are located next to the Ely High School Football Stadium.  It Starts May 3rd, 2o21 The program runs all summer.

During summer construction on the school campus, it will be essential for Pickleball players to pay attention to safety requests and use the alternative entrance to the courts. In addition please check covid-19 protocols below.

The Ely school campus is undergoing a significant construction project. During this time pickleball players need to enter the courts by walking through the football field and entering the courts through the gate at the back of the courts. 

COVID Safety Guidelines for Use of Pickleball Courts:

The use of masks will be encouraged but not mandatory

Encourage the use of hand sanitizer frequently during, and after, play.

Community Education has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Ely Community Education cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Following these guidelines is of utmost importance to keep participants healthy and be able to continue to use the District’s courts.
